Shipping information

We ship worldwide via the state postal service, using their tracked service.
Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days.

Each piece is carefully packed in a sturdy cardboard box with plenty of bubble wrap. Items usually arrive in perfect condition, but if anything is damaged in transit, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement.

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

 

We are based in Minsk, Belarus, and we have no restrictions on shipping destinations.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • USA & Canada: 15–25 business days

  • Europe: 10–15 business days

  • Australia, New Zealand & Oceania: 15–25 business days

  • Latin America & the Caribbean: 15–25 business days

Please allow for possible delays during the holiday season due to increased mail volume.


Returns/Exchanges:

We do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if your item arrives damaged, please:

  1. Contact us within 1–2 days of receiving the item

  2. Include a photo of the damage

Depending on the damage, we’ll either:

  • Offer compensation (refund or replacement), or

  • Provide instructions to repair the item
